The Kings is a mid-rise building, just west of King Street West and Bathurst Street, with townhouses and soft lofts. The main loft building is at 800 King Street West and the townhouses are to the north at 208 Niagara Street.

Built by Triloft in 2000, the loft units offer many of the same features you would find in an authentic factory/warehouse conversion. The lofts are 2 storeys each with bedrooms on a mezzanine. Because of this multi-level structure, the ceiling in the living room is double height.

The lofts also have balconies that look down on the dynamic King West neighbourhood. Nearby, you will find cafes, pubs, video stores, spas and restaurants.
