Academy Lane Lofts – 1852 Queen Street East

The Academy Lane Lofts is one of the only authentic hard lofts in the Beaches, on Queen Street East. Originally an early 20th century Armory, the building was more recently used as a bowling alley for Academy Lane Bowling. In 2003, Streetcar Developments converted the historic 2-storey structure into a residence. Two additional storeys were built on top of the bowling alley to create 12 open concept loft units.

Located at 1872 Queen Street East, just west of Woodbine Avenue, The Academy Lane Lofts are in the heart of Toronto’s well-established Beaches neighbourhood. In the summertime, this is the city’s top destination for sunbathing or strolling the boardwalk.
