The Argyle Lofts is an authentic hard loft conversion. Originally built in 1873, it functioned as a bread baking factory until it was developed into residences by the We Care/Wise Move Group. Although this is the development group’s first residential project, the architectural part of the team is a seasoned veteran. Core Architects, an award-winning firm, has designed many lofts in Toronto including Zen Lofts, Camden Lofts, Charlotte Lofts and Chelsea Lofts.

Located at 183 Dovercourt Road, the Argyle Lofts building is 5 storeys tall and houses 86 units. The 2-storey mezzanine penthouses boast private courtyards and stunning views of the city. Lofts at street level have private front yards.
