88 on Broadway is a contemporary high-rise condominium building with hotel-style amenities and a wide variety of suites in a convenient uptown location. Completed in 2007 by Cityzen Development Corporation and Myriad Group, the building offers luxurious living in Toronto’s lively Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood.

Ranging in size from 565 to 1291 sq. ft., there are 202 suites within 88 on Broadway. The ceiling heights reach up to 10” and each suite has a balcony due to the building’s stepped back design. The suites also have pre-engineered hardwood floors, granite countertops and thermal glazed aluminum windows. All of the finishes in the suites are on par with other Cityzen projects such as London on the Esplanade, The Hemingway and Signatures on Bloor.

On the rooftop of 88 on Broadway, there’s an impressive outdoor lounge that boasts a full kitchen, a BBQ area and a Napa Valley fireplace. For indoor entertaining, there’s a party room with a theatre system. The building also has a fitness centre that includes exercise machines, change rooms, showers, steam rooms, a swimming pool and a whirlpool.

In the area, residents enjoy a great selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and specialty stores. Some local favourites include Grazie Ristorante Limited, Ho Su Bistro and Chef of India. Right at the intersection of Yonge and Eglinton, you will find the RioCan Shopping Centre—a four level shopping mall with over 75 stores including a 24-hour Metro supermarket. The Eglinton subway station is also right at the intersection, only a couple of blocks away from 88 on Broadway.
