25 The Esplanade

25 The Esplanade is a luxury condo building designed by Matsui Baer Vanstone. Due to its Flatiron architecture and Beaux-Arts design influence, 25 The Esplanade has become a landmark in Toronto’s St. Lawrence neighbourhood.
