But Canderel’s track record with their condos at College Park show attention to providing great amenities such as media rooms, billiards rooms, party rooms, swimming pools, business centres and 24/7 security. Suites in other Canderel buildings have hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, with property values that have increased significantly since purchase.
