The condos at 460 Yonge Street are the latest development by Canderel Stoneridge, a developer that has brought plenty to the in-demand Yonge and College area of Toronto.

460 Yonge will be steps from the College Subway Station and the streetcars on College Street, making it incredibly convenient to get around, as well as close to Ryerson University and the University of Toronto while being just outside the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood.

Yonge and College is a bustling part of the downtown core, near the large indoor mall at College Park and close to high-end restaurants, shops, schools and parks.

Developer Canderel Stoneridge already has several condominium developments in Toronto, including Aura at College Park and the already occupied College Park I and II.

The suite and building amenities at 460 Yonge haven’t been made public yet. But Canderel’s track record with their condos at College Park show attention to providing great amenities such as media rooms, billiards rooms, party rooms, swimming pools, business centres and 24/7 security. Suites in other Canderel buildings have hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, with property values that have increased significantly since purchase. The condos at 460 Yonge Street will be 60 storeys with 599 units, and will have additional visitor, office and car sharing space.

460 Yonge will be designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects, who have won a slew of design awards as well as awards from the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association.
