The Perfume Factory, also known as West 833, is a landmark residence in the King West neighbourhood. Part of the building is a perfume factory that was originally constructed in the 1930’s. This 3-storey Art Deco structure is recognized by the city of Toronto as a heritage building.

Interlocked with the historic perfume factory is a contemporary 7-storey addition. The buildings share a common rooftop terrace that presents great views of downtown Toronto and Stanley Park.
