The Movie House Lofts are authentic loft conversions in the heart of Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood. Located at 394 Euclid Avenue, this building is one of the only hard lofts in the area. The most unique feature of the building is its historic façade which was restored by John Bergman, Matthew Rosenblatt and Jackson Goad Architects during its 1998 conversion.

There are only 18 units in this 3 storey building which makes it one of the city’s most intimate loft buildings. The units, which range in size from 730 to 1300 sq. ft., feature mezzanines that overlook the living/dining areas. Because of their multi-level layout, the ceilings in the Movie House Lofts soar at 18” high.

Other features of the lofts include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, exposed pipes and massive windows and skylights. These are bright and airy spaces that are perfect for entertaining, working and relaxing. Additionally, lofts on the top floor have rooftop terraces with impressive views of Toronto’s skyline.

The Movie House Lofts offer very few amenities which helps to keep the maintenance fees low. Due to the vibrancy of this downtown location, you will likely find that all the amenities you need only a few steps away. Right on College Street, for example, there’s a fitness club, a poolhall and highly acclaimed restaurants.

Streetcars run all along College, Bathurst and Spadina which makes transportation easy. For those residents with cars, the Movie House Lofts unfortunately doesn’t have underground parking. You can, however, simply purchase a street parking permit.
