Portland Park Village is a residential complex with a 9-storey condominium building and several blocks of stacked townhouses. I’ve chosen to include these units because they offer a great range of layouts in a variety of sizes.

At 550 Front Street West, the condominium building houses 119 units. They feature spacious balconies and high end interior finishes including marble bathroom floors and stainless steel appliances. The ceilings are 9” high and the rooms are bright from all the multi-paned windows.

Maintenance fees at Portland Park Village are reasonable because there are only a few amenities such as underground parking and a fitness centre. The townhouses on Niagara Street are separate from the condo building, but residents have access to its facilities.

Across the street from the townhomes, residents enjoy a safe and secure neighbourhood park. This is a community that’s convenient for dog-walkers and late-night partiers alike. Right at the south end of Toronto’s downtown core, nature-lover destinations such as Harbourfront and the Toronto Islands are within reach.

On the other hand, there are lots of theatres, restaurants, clubs and bars only minutes away. Heading east past Victoria Memorial Square, you’ll find C Lounge, Le Select Bistro and Bar Wellington.

There are many streetcar stops that make transportation to other parts of Toronto extremely accessible. People come from all over the Greater Toronto Area to visit popular destinations that are within walking distance from Portland Park Village. Residents at the condo building or the stacked townhouses can stroll over to the Rogers Centre or The Princess of Wales Theatre for a show without worrying about hectic traffic or expensive parking.
