Noble Court Lofts is an exciting building in Toronto’s up and coming Parkdale neighbourhood. In the early 1990’s, Greenwin Properties converted a historic industrial office space into the live/work lofts that stand there today. The charm of the old building has been preserved in its hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, large windows and timber beams. The lofts range in size from 460 to 1200 sq. ft. making them suitable for both residences and workspaces.
Noble Court Lofts doesn’t have any amenties which, in conjunction with each unit’s relatively small square footage, makes them relatively less expensive than other hard lofts in the city. For people looking to invest in their first loft, this building is one of the best options in Toronto. It has authentic loft attributes without high prices driven up further by monthly maintenance fees. It’s worth mentioning, however, that there are railway tracks nearby. If that’s a major turn-off for you, this location might not be ideal.
Be warned that parking spaces are limited at Noble Court Lofts, but you really don’t need a car to get around in this area anyway. Without straying too far from the building’s location at Queen Street West and Dufferin, residents have access to many of Toronto’s coolest cafes, boutiques and nightspots. The renowned Drake Hotel is only minutes away and the Gladstone Hotel is even closer. Liberty Village sits right behind you and Roncesvalles Village is a short stroll westwards. Furthermore, the Queen streetcar delivers you right in the heart of downtown Toronto.
