10 York Street

Condos at 10 York

10 York is the newest condo development to rise up in Toronto’s waterfront area. Not only will residents be overlooking Lake Ontario, they’ll be close to restaurants, supermarkets, the Air Canada Centre, Harbour Square Park, the Financial District and Queens Quay.

The area is steps from the Gardiner Expressway, Bay Street, streetcars on Queens Quay and Union Subway Station.

10 York will stand at 75 storeys with a three-storey podium and 774 units. The spacious suites will have all of the high-end finishes and features, along with access to building amenities such as a gym, infinity pool, rooftop terrance and retail on the ground floor.

10 York is under development by Tridel, which is a leader in Toronto condos and has several sites under construction locally in addition to many happily occupied condo developments such as Two Old Mill and Reve on King West.

Award-winning architect Rudy Wallman at Wallman architects is handling the design, and his careful attention to detail results in projects that fit in well with their surroundings while ensuring that 10 York still stands out amongst the city’s other glass waterfront towers.
