The Summit Condos at 701, 705, and 725 King St West is one of Toronto’s older condo developments by Toddgeln Construction Ltd. Despite its age, it’s become one of the higher demand condos in the King West area. Yes, it’s surrounded by beautiful steel and glass buildings, as well as desirable conversion hard lofts, but what the Summit lacks in style it makes up for in value. In few other downtown condos can you find unit sizes quite as large and for about $150 per square foot ‘below’ the average for the neighbourhood.

There are some drawbacks though. Units don’t include ensuite laundry, which by today’s standards is a strike, to put it mildly. For some, sharing laundry facilities with neighbours is an outright deal breaker.

All things considered, if you’re looking for excellent value in an area where value is scarce, The Summit Condos should be on your shortlist.
