25 The Esplanade is a luxury condo building designed by Matsui Baer Vanstone. Due to its Flatiron architecture and Beaux-Arts design influence, 25 The Esplanade has become a landmark in Toronto’s St. Lawrence neighbourhood. The building joins the skyline at 33 storeys high and it houses 571 suites with stunning views of the city below. Many of the suites feature hardwood floors, picture windows and open concept floor plans.
On the very top floor of 25 The Esplanade is the Flat Iron Club with a gym, a sauna and a whirlpool. Other amenities in the building include a party room, a billiards room and an outdoor terrace. There is also rental parking available in a covered lot behind the building but you really won’t need a car because of the building’s central downtown location.
The St. Lawrence Market, with its impressive gourmet food selection, is only minutes away from the residence. Toronto’s Financial and Shopping districts are nearby and popular event centre such as the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre and Harbourfront are within walking distance. Some of the acclaimed local dining options include the Beer Bistro, Ki Modern Japanese + Bar, The Keg and Eight Wine Bar.
To the west, residents have access to Union Station making transport to the far reaches of the city quite accessible. You can easily catch a subway, streetcar or bus at virtually any time of day. Furthermore, the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Boulevard in front of The Esplanade are main routes out of city. For anyone who commutes or likes to travel up north on the weekend, 25 The Esplanade is a comfortable and convenient option.
